Jimmy Sweetwater

‘80s pop icon Tommy Tutone, best known for his hit “Jenny / 867-5309” from his gold album “Tommy Tutone,” is currently recording his sixth album with Spectra Records. The buzz is on as Tutone is in sixth gear with his unique voice and new music portraying his intense creativity and songwriting talents. His recently released Christmas song was huge success on the holiday airwaves. An unplugged version of “Jenny” on VH-1 CD is creating quite a stir.

Tommy has has seen and done it all - his newest experience being performing with The Pulsators since his recent relocation to the Bay Area. The Pulsators, a North Bay six piece band with an easy groove orchestration, draw their musical stylings from a spicy blend of driving blues, New Orleans funky R&B and rock and roll. Their three CDs and live performances continue to attract an ever growing legion of fans. The Pulsators have collaborated with Art Neville, and opened for artists such as Bob Dylan, Chris Isaac, The Radiators, B.B. King, and more.

This firecracker band, when teamed with Tommy Tutone, create a good-time, “get up and dance” feel, with Tommy’s music coming alive and revealing his roots in - and love for - R&B.

"You could call the Bittersweets an enlightened country rock-band without the Southern twang, but that might just confuse the issue. Better to say they're just plain great, clearly destined for stardom."

- East Bay Express (San Francisco)

Mobile Estate would fit nicely in a jukebox in an old, dark pizza parlor, while you played video games with the local pot dealer. These are rock songs for pop fans.
