After a 1993 bar performance in San Francisco, Kevin Cadogan was introduced through a mutual acquaintance to Stephan Jenkins. Soon after, they formed a collaborative songwriting team.
By early 1994, Cadogan and Jenkins were performing as Third Eye Blind. The band struggled to perform in Bay Area bars and clubs for three years before Cadogan and Jenkins were signed to Elektra records as Third Eye Blind. They released their self-titled debut in 1997, which featured Cadogan's songwriting on 10 of the 14 tracks.

The album yielded multiple top 10 hits, including "Graduate" and "How's it Going to Be," and achieved mutli-platinum status, selling over 6 million copies.Through what must be considered a strange and complicated series of circumstances, Cadogan and Third Eye Blind went their separate ways on January 25, 2000, immediately following their performance at the Sundance Film Festival. This moment culminated more than 6 years of dedication for Cadogan.

Having created two platinum selling albums, performed hundreds of sold out tour dates - including pairings with the Rolling Stones and U2 - and experienced countless positive and encouraging encounters with fans around the world, Kevin now found himself at a crossroads. Cadogan now prepares to launch his latest musical venture as front man for Bully. With Cadogan's skills and achievements as a songwriter and guitarist now being coupled with the opportunity to showcase his powerful and impressive lead vocals, the sound created is reminiscent of some of the most emotive and meaningful voices in modern rock (e.g. Noel Gallagher of Oasis, Richard Ashcroft of The Verve) and ties together time tested sounds he again makes interesting.
