| 2001 is the tenth year of Unwound
and they are marking this monumental occasion by releasing their first
studio album in three years: Leaves Turn
Inside You. The album was recorded over the last few years
by Unwound in their own studio with engineering assistance by Steve
Fisk, Kip Beelman and Phil
Elk. It is their seventh studio album and includes guest appearances
by Steve Fisk (Pell
Mell), Janet Weiss (Sleater-
Kinney, Quasi) and Brandt Sandeno
(original Unwound drummer). The final release will be a double LP
and an enhance double CD. |
